Other than that you can try the heatpipe coolers from Zalman. Get a fan blowing over one of those and it gets cool and somewhat quiet.
 
If you want something cheap, the tiger chipset cooler($5) from thermaltake is good. It's based on the old thermo-engine design. It's fairly tall though, and you'll have to epoxy it to your card(you'll lose two pci slots, and probably 3 if you want to maintain proper airflow over the sink).
