Updated yesterday. Very nice.
Doesn't seem to be much info out on this one, but running in OpenGL instead of directdraw is something I have not seen in 16 bit emulation. I'm pretty interested in seeing where this one goes, anyone try it out yet?

Higan started as BSnes. His focus was one perfect emulation while the other emulators were focused on using work arounds to become playable. Higan will use more resourses than the others due to the accuracy of the emulation.

I was un-aware of all the different things the SNES could do, and how many of them that ZSnes/Snes 9x hacked around.

Higan is the only emulation that can play every game to 100% completion. There are also three executables for different speed options.

Can someone who has Dolphin running great share their DSP configuration? I can't seem to get it right. I have a lot of skipping.

Well, back then one of the main advantages of cartridges is that they could actually store gaming hardware in them too, like extra processors and whatnot. That's what the Super FX thing was about.

me neither because 3D0 sucks!

If you think that then you suck. 3DO is my primary game console and it still has the definitive versions of Gex 1, Balls 3D and Street Fighter II. Among many many others.

I feel the same way...just not with the 3DO

Sega Saturn has a little game called Street Fighter Alpha 2 and X-men VS Streetfighter that are the best in the series and play the best on the Saturn. PS1 went with the bomberang controller which killed all fighting games by having to use L and R for a punch and kick button. It also has the best version of Bomberman.

What audio settings do you guys use for Dolphin? I'm having a tough time nailing down the best configuration.

HLE emulation (fast) w/ DSound @ 48KHz. I'm still testing for best sound with GC & Wii games.

The most accurate audio in Dolphin is had using DSP LLE. More info here. Anyone using these emulators who also uses XBMC should check out XBMC's advanced launcher addon, it's pretty awesome.

Cool thread. I use most of those listed.

I recently got the Resident Evil 1 remake for the Gamecube working under Dolphin at 1080, game looks pretty good and still as creepy as ever :p
