I'm in the market for a new mid tower case.

I was wondering if I could get some suggestions.

For now i'm leaning towards the Fractal Design Arc Midi.

thanks in advance!

I've been happy with my Lian-Li PC-7B, although from looking at the specs the Corsair 400R seems hard to beat.

PC-K62 is cool or the Antec 900 (even though its been around for a while) or spend a couple bucks more get a corsair 500R

I transferred my mother's machine into this case and was VERY impressed with the build quality, room, cable management etc.. Just the overall design is very nice. If I didn't have my HaF X I'd seriously consider getting one for myself.

Is your mom a cougar? ;)

I vote for really any Lian-Li. I want one myself - awesome build quality. I don't think any member on this forum has ever had any complaints with their Lian-Li.

Corsair 400R is really good and so is the Cooler Master Storm Sniper IMO for slightly cheaper I have used the CM Storm Scout as well and it was pretty dang good for $70 I got it for.

Which of all those options has the most superior cable management options?

Probably the 500r or Blackhawk. The Bitfenix Survivor has solid cable management as well. The LianLi offerings are arguably better built but cable management holes aren't exactly their focus in most cases.

I would also argue that the nzxt source 210 elite and the source 220 are pretty solid options, sleek and clean looking, and well built and a good price. The more money you save on the case, the more you can spend on the goodies inside. And with these, you really aren't sacrificing much at all.

Thanks - I'm looking myself but I would really like a case focused on cable management. I have an Antec900 and while I don't mind the build quality, cable management is abysmal.

Actually just ordered a Bitfenix Survivor from NCIX US. Their current price, even with $3 tacked on for "Express RMA" shipping free if it should get damaged in transit, is about $15 cheaper than I could find it anywhere else online right now. I've been carrying my machine around a lot lately, so a handle will be a welcome change.

Almost anything will have better cable management than a 900. They're sort of notorious for that. ;)

So you have to buy extra fans for the BitFenix?

I just got an NZXT Phantom 410. It's $100 but they have a 20% off sale on now for another day or two.

It's a midtower, but it has room on top for a radiator and then the top cover including a vent goes over that. I'm just starting my build, and I'm a first time water cooler, but I'm happy with it so far.

It's got plenty of space behind the back panel for cable routing. Also it has tubing holes if you prefer to put a radiator on the back of the case.

It's missing the rear 120mm, which I agree is pretty stupid, but I have 4 120x38 (extra thick) Panaflo fans I've been using for quite a while now, so I'll just move them out of my A05B. It comes with 2 200mm fans, one front and one top.

I have the Lancool k62 and i will say its a great case in its price range, you can have a look at it. The corsair 500r is also a good case.
