best complete WC kit?

I've been recently considering the Koolance EXOS as my next cooling solution, but lately I've been reading about people saying that its smaller tubing and lower powered pumps really don't get the water moving as quickly as others, and thus don't perform as well.

What are some of the other (best) complete water cooling solutions/kits out there that provide the best performance?

I'm really looking for something that's all together and external, like the Koolance, but perhaps a little more flow. If the performance of the Koolance is comparable to the others, I may just get it, but I wanted to check out other solutions before I drop a few hundred on it.

The Koolance is a good kit. Low flow rates with 3/8" tubing aren't as big of a deal as some may make them out to be.

Koolance uses 1/2 inch (internal diameter) tubing...
I just got one now, very happy.
I have no AC in my house, and CPU probe says 30c. My house temperature is around 25c, and will be much lower in winter, gonna try to put it next to the window. (negative temps with watercooling? cool! HAHA)

I'm not overclocking yet, haven't found the time, just started IB at school...
but it is running the cpu at an indicated 30c, which is quite cool.

with a koolance CPU and GPU block, and a black exos, I ended up paying around $280 from newegg. Very expensive, and I donno if it's worth all that, but it sure as hell looks awesome sitting on top of my case.

What about a Swifttech one? I haven't done any WC before, but I just ordered (hasn't arrived yet) a H20-80 kit. I read good reviews on them.

Err... 1/4 inch ID, 3/8 inch ID is what my Exos (and most people's Exos :p) are using.
However, whole system is designed with 1/4" ID to maximize its capability. It is quite good and will beat just about any air cooling with low noise. (I am talking about people using insane fanS on their system to cool.

Does it come with dual 120mm fan radi? Should be good. Pump is newer 12v pump I hope. Block preferably 600x series not 500x series. Without the radi and block, (80mm radi and older block... it performs worse than Exos with more noise).
