Best combo drive?

[mash]

Hey, I'm ordering my new PC tomorrow and need input on which DVD/CD drive to get. It must include a CD burner, and I want it $30 or less. I've been looking at this Samsung model but want some input from you experts . Also, it needs to be black to match my case.

thanks

Can't you just spare the extra $10 and get a DVD writer drive?

If you don't want a dvd writer at all and have no intention of ever burning DVDs, perhaps this one:

Basically the same cost once you factor in Newegg's $5 shipping on that Samsung one.

Though to be really honest, $6 more gets you an NEC 3550A.

I have no intention or need for a DVD burner, but at only $4 more its worth it...So you'd suggest this model?
