what would a network god be certified in? just list the ones worth doing and the ones not worth doing.

CCIE = Cisco Certified Internetworking Expert

Those guys are DAMN good but I certainly wouldn't call them 'gods'. I've met 1-2 that didn't keep up on their skills and definitely weren't that sharp.
