Best Catalyst for HD 5000 series.

Good day good people:

Asking for user experience here Using a Radeon 5850, and well ATI is focusing on the 6000 series, which means that probably the 5000 series wont get muchimprovements from Catalyst drivers from now on.

So with this in mind i ask, what are the best catalyst drivers for the 5000 series in regards to performance and stability?

The 11.4 Preview drivers have been great for my 5870. Second to that is the 10.10e hotifx drivers.

Yep. 11.4 are working great on my 2 set-ups, 5970+5870 and 6990+6970.

Cat 12.1 or 12.2 (don't recall which) brings morphological AA to the 5xxx series.

It's pretty awesome for some of those old-school games.

I'm still using 10.10e hotfix. It's been working great with bc2. I'm always the first to spawn at the beginning of a map if there no spawn time.
