This is almost on par with your "best video card on a budget" thread.
Are you air cooling or water cooling? What do you consider huge? I think my Lian Li PC-A05B is kinda big, but it's small compared to something like a V1200 or a lot of other cases out there. What kind of setup are you going to use in it? All good questions to start with.

The best one is the one which does not exceed your budget, space limitations and have everything you want from it. Wait, did you expect a exact answer, a name ? Well, see my first sentence again.
Right what is the best cooling mid-tower case? I plan to make this a business/gaming/web browsing workhorse. Ive never installed water cooling but how easy is it? If it is fairly simple then I would do water cooling. I plan to OC it as high as possible & need a CPU/Memory/Mobo combo that can OC like a champ, preferably used so I know what it can do. I also need the fastest hard drives on the market. Last but not least I need a new monitor. The best of the best for gaming 22-24 inch
What PSU? My PSU is a OCZ 420watt or 500watt how can I find out?

For 1500 you could build my sig rig all first hand. Just replace teh 260s with 460s.
Cooler Master 690 ii Advanced should work for you.
That being said, I see you've started a whole bunch of threads for this build you are planning. That is not a good way to get help here. Instead, you should go back to the thread you started in "General Hardware" and answer the questions that they asked you to answer. This helps us get all the info we need in order to make good choices for you. Until you do that, the only responses you will get are people asking about your build or blindly recommending stuff. Doing it in one thread also helps people come up with a coherent build that puts all the money in the right places instead of spending it in odd ways.
Also, please note that in computer hardware there is never a "best" option for anything. The fastest is always expensive, and the budget always comes at a performance hit. The only "best" is what works "best" for a certain task and budget. Also, certain computer parts can affect the performance of others, so it is important to select each part with the others in mind.
