Working on budget pc for friend, whats the best case under $50? I'm looking for overall value, features, and construction.

eh, it's just called Rocketfish. Don't even think it says Lian Li on there, but it's made by Lian Li
 
It's , this the site says 119.99, but it scans to about 47.99, call your local best buy, give them the SKU, check the price,reserve your case if available... got mine, good luck...
 
I would go with a Centurion 5. It's a few bucks over $50, but its build quality is an order of magnitude better than anything you'll find for less. Definitely worth the extra change IMO, coming from someone who's worked with both this case and the Elite 330(I suggest you avoid this one).

if you look carefully at the packaging, there are references to Lian Li on the packaging (around the bar code area). then when you go home and open them, the fans have have lian li on them as well.
