Best card for under 230$?

Either of those cards is a ripoff fro 230$. As mentioned above either a 9800np or 9700pro. Maybe on ebay or something you could find a 9800pro. All 3 of these cards are very close in performance.
 
The 9700 pro, a 9800 np (of course get a pro if you can find one cheap enough), or even a 5900 NU and pray it overclocks well. If you'd be willing to spend around $250-$260 you could get a 5900 Ultra with the 256MB memory and o/c to at or near 5950 speeds.
