Best Card for under $100

I am asking for a friend. I just recently got an HD 7950 :p But he needs the most bang for his buck under $100. I was thinking the HD 6670 looked pretty good but I was hoping for some input before I tell him what to get.
 
Best card strictly under $100 is the GDDR5-equipped 6670 like one of these.

However, there is no true competition for an HD7750 or GTX 650 in the $100-$120 price segment. IMO, he needs to pony up another extra $20 and get one of the GDDR5 HD7750s or GTX 650s.

Benches here of the 6670 vs 7750. The 6670 is barely making it at even 720p rez.

If you can put up with a rebate you could probably snag an HD7770 or GTX650Ti for good prices. The BF ones were pretty damn good for ~110 out the door and 70AR.
