Best card for realtime mp3 encoding?

I'm looking for the best card for broadcasting shoutcast realtime.
THe machine will basically run my schools radio station so it will be enocoding realtime too. The CPU probably handles most of the encoding, but any little bit the soundcard does would help, as the computer will probably be doing other things at the same time.

So i guess the budget is less than $300

MY choices would be:
Turtle Beach Santa Cruz
Soundblaster Audigy2 ZS with internal box
M-audio Cards ( i realize they make professional equipment too but most of it isn't under 300)

It would also help if the card had some sort of 1/4 minijack.
