BFGTech 6800 GT OC?

I don't really want to overclock it seriously, but I will if I have to :)

Thanks in advance.

The GT is best for that price, unless you get a pro vivo and flash it to an XT.
GT 16 pipelines and the other advanced techs Nvidia has brought to the table.
Only 12 pipes on the Pro but it has higher clocks, still the trade off isn't quite worth it. The GTs really kick ass at that range.

Thanks all for the input, and for the link to your sig :)

Now all I have to do is find one -- trying to wait for my lsat scores to buy the GT...must justify compulsive buying somehow or other!!!

Id get the X800 pro and softmod it to an XT. Or you could just wait until nforce4 comes out and get a really pimp pci express card.

yeah, 6600gt in SLI sounds nice ehh? and it's gonna cost just a little more than $400... 16 pipeline goodness at 500mhz stock :D and working video processor to boot ;)

$325 - eVGA 6800 LE w/256 1.1 Ghz DDR3 and 16pipe/6 shaders clocked at 325 mhz core . These are 6800 Ultras that did not make the cut and eVGA is selling them through NewEgg and some other online vendors as a limited edition model.

NewEgg was out of stock last I looked (I got my coming Monday) but they are planning on more arriving from what I've read.. Most folks that have received these cards have clocked the eVGA 6800 LE up to 350 mhz (GT level) and a few have it all the way to 380~400 mhz.

A close to Ultra level card with 256 mb Ultra level memory for $325; whats not to like?
