Best Card besides 9800 pro

I want the best card but not for 500 bucks.. whats the next best card? (dont be a smartass and say its not 500 its 499 or something like that)

It's not even close to $500. The 9800XT is the $500 card. You can get pros in the $250 range. I think there is one going for ~240 online somewhere, check out the hot deals section. I would either get a 9800 pro or nonpro, depending on what you can afford.

The 9800 Pro isn't even 500 though. Well the next best card would probably be the either the 9700 Pro or the 5900 Ultra. They are certainly next in the price chain.

Then the 9800 non pro or 9700 pro would fit well.
