best budget rig?

hey guys I was wondering what you would suggest to buy to have a good decent gaming rig?

about 600-800, if its possible lower. but i want it to play most of the new games that are coming out also.

thats about 750. get either a pentium d 805 or an AMD AM2 3000+. mobo get a MSi 945GM for the intel or a biostar tforce 6100-AM2 for the AMD. for 7600gt get chepaest brand. for psu get the xclio 450BL. for a HD get any 120-200gb drive. for the dvd+-rw get the cheapest one. for RAM get any ddr2-667 kit but mainly ide recommend g.skill or mushkin. for the case get either an aspire x-qpack or a ultra microfly.

you can get the PSU micro fly for a cheaper price

for 800 you will be able to play the games but not at high settings and you will probably not have much success with games 1 or 2yrs out.

if you have DRR1, your gonna need to buy DDR2

Best I could come up with for a "high end" system. Of course, you will have to overclock your cpu, the tforce should be capable of that. Anyhow $728 after shipping.

OP, considering you have a decent amount of parts already, you can get yourself a pretty darn good rig with those funds, especially if you're willing to overclock. You're getting some good ideas in this thread, and this particular forum has a ton more ideas to explore.
