Best Budget High End PC

It's taken me a minute or two but its finally completed. My new and least expensive build with the knowledge of the years when building these "budget priced" High End" Machines. Here it is:

1. Corsair Carbide series "Air 540," mid-tower case (White).
2. Rosewill Hercules 1600 PSU.
3. ASrock extreme 9 motherboard.
4. 32 installed (64 Max) Gigs of 2400 "Team Xtreme" DDr3 Ram, 4 x 8 sticks.
5. Two (2) AMD Sapphire, R9 290X, TRI-X, DDr5 "OC" running Cross-Fire ALL with corrugating numbers
6. AMD 9590 CPU 4.7-5 GHz load with all games at ultra settings (mostly COD).
7. Swiftech H240X upgradable closed loop water cooler, 280mm all Copper Radiator, Swiftech's powerful MCP30 pump and Two (2) high-pressure Helix 140mm fans are PWM compliant devices, (very, very quite
when running low, medium, or even high).
8. One (1) 256 Gig SSD, (1)TB hybrid drive, (1)TB HDD.
9. Three (3) Corsair AF 140L Fans.
10. Two (2) Rosewill ROCF-11003 - 140mm Computer Case Cooling Fan - Hydro
Dynamic Bearing, Silent, 2 Rotation Speeds with PWM Control (Hyperborea).
11. Various card readers and 1 DVD RWD.
12. Bits and pieces of other goodies such as fan control switches an so on.
LED's if one wants them Are Blue.
13. Roccat True 5.1 Kave XTD Digital Headset.
14. "Cambridge Mega Works 600 Watt THX certified" 6.1 PC Speakers
15. Monitor, Asus VH236H, 2ms, 1920 x 1080 at 75Hz.
16. Logitech G13 Gaming key pad.
17. Logitech Desktop Table Microphone.
Can't think of anything else to add though it doesn't mean there's not.
I hope this one will last at least a couple more minutes. Oh it's got Awesome Blue Tooth as well, 100-150 Meter range.

Not sure what this has to do with a non Amd/ Intel processor nor does it seem to be a budget build so...perhaps ask it to be moved and also redo the title perhaps?
 
Yeah oddest 'budget build' I ever saw.

"Man my budgets sooo tight I gotta have headphones, multi speaker system, fan controllers, 32GB ram and Crossfire!"

I don't think your PSU is going to cut it, 9590 is a MAJOR power eater (like as in obscenely power hungry for a CPU), and 2 290x's is not going to be light either.

I suggest either downgrading yoru CPU to say a 8370 and OC it (since it is basically what a 9590 is, AFAIK), or up that PSU to at least a good quality 1000W.
 
IMO: no just no.

I don't think this build is either budget friendly or Highend. Slow? probably not but not much cheaper than a Quad i-7 with HT and probably slower (?), more power hungry and hotter.

the 32GB unless your doing heavy heavy media editing or VM's is a waste, back off to 16GB and use the saved money to upgrade the CPU/Motherboard.

Forget the Crossfire 290s and get a single 970/980 (or wait til the new AMDs) Saves a slot, and power and gives more horse power for future sli.

with that done, your Power usage should be down quite a bit. 1600W is crazy If you actually pull that much you'll be paying more in electriciy than you would save by going 'budget'. with a GTX970/980 and i-7 Quad, pick up a 800-1000W (larger if you plan on SLI in the future)

forget the hybrid drive and storage and just get one or two quality 2tb drives

you could probably also downgrade the cooler as well.

but then again.. never said what it was going to be used for.
 
Yeah I don't see how this is close to "budget." Unless that is meant as sarcasm. I see lots of unnecessary/superfluous stuff.

I mean without even discussing the internal hardware issues here: why do you need a headset AND a 6.1 PC speaker system AND a microphone?
 
$3,176.91, according to PCPartPicker, not including "card readers" and "bits and pieces." The power supply won't fit the case you chose.

Nothing budget about mine at $3,874.00. If you take out the Titan, ROG Swift, and 16GB of memory I added to go back to my original configuration, it beats yours at $3,002.05 and will most likely be better for gaming (better display, higher IPC, more power efficiency). There are still a couple of luxuries in there like the RGB mechanical keyboard and 850 Pro where you could save $150.
 
All that money and not much faster than my setup that costs ~$2k less. I don't think budget means what you think it means.
 
A quick pcpartpicking gave about $2700 with 5820k, 32GB DDR4, X-1050, two 980 ti in SLI, same harddrive and case as the OP's configuration, no monitor nor cooling was included, but this build is much more graphically capable.

A budget build could be considered something around $400-800.
Something over $3500 is not anywhere near close to a budget build.

Also, that system is far too power hungry for that PSU, not to mention, it will run loud and hot.
