Best Benchie to test CPU/RAM?

I'm working on my P4 2.8C overclock and trying to figure out best configuration of ram timings and CPU speeds. Obviously I can get a better ratio at a lower speed like 3.1, I can get 3.4ish with a 3:2 ratio. What program could get me the best results that take into account all the variables above so I can find my optimal setup
 
If you play doom3, then that's a good benchmark.

Bench with whatever you use most, or something similar.
