Best $$$ ATI videocard??

Hmm...Well i want to get a videocard for my system im building, It is a Intel Core2duo E4300, I was considering an ATI videocard And was wondering if you guys could give me the best bang for my buck....I was looking to spend $100-170 Or around that region. I will be playing Stalker, HL2, Call of duty2 maybe CNC3?.

is the best card money can buy (specially at the price is at).. and will keep the user happy until the second generation Dx 10 video cards come out

thats why I got one
no need to get current Dx 10 cards in my opinion
