I plan to OC it, and I don't know if they are locked like the new Bartons but could you guys tell me who would give me the biggest chance of getting a high OC.
 
2500 too much whats average OC with new 1700's? Cause I hope to get over at least 2.1 or 2.2

Shit Howdy...I've been seeing the 2600+ (Thoroughbred) selling for about $85 new and the 2700+ for about $100 at the swapmeets around the LA area the last couple of weeks. These 333 FSB easily oc to 400 FSB.
