I use have been using this one for over a year, it works pretty good. I have my Core2duo overclocked from 2.4ghz to 3.4.

Xigmatek S1283, Noctua U12P, OCZ Vendetta 2, Zerotherm FZ120, Sunbeam CCTF, ...These 120mm tower heatsinks are so similar and their performance are actually very close. The only difference is the fan they use. If you use the same fan on all of them, apply the same thermal paste and test the system for a dozen of times, I bet the temperature difference will be within 2 degrees. Of course some come with back plate and some don't. So my suggestion is buy a cheap one with back plate (or you can buy a third party backplate) and choose a better fan if you're not satisfy with the stock.

Of course TRUE and Prolima Megahalems rules them all, since they use more heat pipes. But even with these, the edge is marginal.

For less than 50 the TRUE gets my vote, granted you still need a fan, but you can pick up a YL for about 4 bucks.
