I am looking for a video card to run Surfcam 2005. They are switching from OpenGL to ActiveX. I am probably going to get a Quadro card but which one. Thank you.
It's hard to say which card is best without seeing benchmarks. If the complexity of the models is simple (like most CNC parts), any modern card will work. I say modern card because bugs are more likely to be fixed on later cards than older cards. A low end Quadro 4 is probably good enough.
