Best 8bit Panel LCD for Gaming

What is the best 8 bit panel you can buy for gaming? 19 inch LCD that is.
 
All 8-bit panels with 8ms or faster should be great performers. That is, Samsung Syncmaster 193P+ and 970P, Viewsonic VP930 and other screens with these panels.
 
Why are you so worried about 8bit? I used to own the VP930b and it didn't satisfy my needs for a blur free image when gaming. I read all these forums and everybody's advice on 8bit panels, and the vp930b which was suppose to be the best didnt float my boat.. I am currently planning on buying the vx922.

And the other thing if your worrying about color banding, the vp930b showed color banding while playing some pc games. Some the of the sky boxes had color banding and it really pissed me off along with the backlight bleedig, blurry performance, and one stuck pixel.

Most people read Toms Hardware Guide and their response charts and base their ideas from that but the best thing to do is try a monitor yourself. Forget all that 8bit bs unless you are some type of graphic designer or photographer. A 6bit panel still provides vibrant, clear images.
