Best 5.25" bay FAN CONTROLLER

I'm looking to have the fan controller mounted above my optical drives. My case is such that you need to attach brackets to each side of the 5.25" device in order to have it slide into the drive bay and lock in place. So, simply screwing something in place won't work.

I'm nearly dead set on having a full length fan controller (about the length of an optical drive). But if I can be convinced otherwise, I'm leaving some room to remain open.
