Best 22" for under $300

I hope some of you more knowledgable people can help me out.
Im looking for a 22" LCD monitor with DVI for under $300 (speakers would be nice as would a DVI cable)
So far I have found:
Chemei
Benq
Acer
Aoc
V7
Mostly from NewEgg

Which one(s) would you recomend, or is there another model to consider?

The Acer. Why? Because i've had an Acer (2051W), seen some other acers and one of my friends just bought the 22" Acer and all of them have been pretty much flawless as far as they can be. Can't beat their prices either.

you can pick up the Dell E228FP for just over $300. i ordered online and got an automatic 10% discount, neat stuff. i should have it in my hands in a few hours actually so i cant really comment on it.

if i didnt get this dell i'd get an Acer though

I have the chemei one and it's very nice. only thing i dont like is it scales everything to full screen with no option to disable scaling. So you can't display resolutions like 1280x1024 at 1:1 pixels, but you can fix that if you have the driver render the smaller resolution inside the 1680x1050.

I am looking for opinions on this too, I want the new Samsung 22in but I don't think I will be able to get the right panel when the next shipment comes into my Circuit City on Tuesday...
