What are the best 2.0 speakers that are around the same size as the Creative I-truige 3300's?

I would go with the swan m200. They are really kick a$$ from what I hear, though if you could find them in stock that would be really kick a$$. ;)

A.K.A........Stereo?

BOSE

They are the best. Not the best value by any means, but the best. lowest profile, most room filling sound. Best value is another story.

p.s. Go for the Swan M200 speakers. They are really exceptional.
 
Hm. A receiver with two decent bookshelves will blow most computer speakers away.

Especially with digital out.

Swans are wicked though.
 
Swans are certainly the most popular choice here for good quality 2.0, but I'd buy yourself a decent receiver and some bookshelf speakers first. True, they may be nice, but they are very small enclosures and drivers. Steer clear of the Bose stuff, you'll be paying more for their marketing campaign than you will for their gear.

Do the speakers have to be very small?
 
Does anyone know of a place that sells the swans in canada, or at least to canada? Newegg does not ship to canada for whatever reason.
