So I'm going to be selling my 17" to move to a 15" but I'm not really sure which one to buy. Smaller is ok too but the things I'm looking for are a decent processor (Intel preferably), decent graphics for DIVX and 720P/1080P MKV movies, portability, and a price tag under or around $700. RAM and HD space don't matter too much since I can always replace that later but 3gb and 160gb would be good. Any suggestions?

I found these but I'm not sure how well they perform:

Also interested in something like this. A sub $700 laptop for internet and general office use. Intel dual core.

Recommendations?

This Compaq CQ50-130US has the newer Intel GM45 Express Chipset w/a 1066 MHz front side bus support (FSB) and it's built in Graphics Media Accelerator 4500MHD w/up to 765 mb+ shared video memory, vs.the older GM965 Express Chipset w/a 800 MHz front side bus support and it's built in Graphics Media Accelerator x3100 w/up to 384 mb shared video memory.

It comes w/a 2.0 Ghz Intel T3200 (667 MHz FSB), but can be upgraded to the 2.8 GHz Intel T9600 (1066 MHz FSB).

It also supports 800 MHz PC2-6400 memory, even though it comes w/the 667 Mhz PC2-5300.

All this for $430 w/rebate.
