if you dont mind 2nd hand and old generation

i just bought a 2nd hand Power Color HD 5870 for $92 :) and i am very happy with it.

I guess the performance of HD 5870 is more than double than HD 4850

or you can look for 2nd hand HD 6850 / 6870

at 100 dollars definitely look at second hand cards.. can usually find some good deals on craigslist or the F/S forum here. look for the 460, 5870, 6800 series, those are the most likely ones to be found second hand near or under 100 dollars.
 
Another vote for the 6870. Best bang for your buck at $100!
 
Warning on the 5000 series, more then likely they are ex miners getting dumped unless you know the owner
