Anyone out there have the BenQ FP931 19LCD?
Im wondering if you have the same amount of back light leakage as mine.
This is the first LCD Ive ever owned so Im new to the LCD game other than a little research I did before I bought this one.
Im actually really happy with this one as there are no dead or stuck pixels yet and most games Ive played seem great on this LCD.
Anyhow, I contacted customer support and this is what they had to say
Hello Mr.XXXXXX,
My supervisor looked at the picture and commended that we never did check out the monitors in a dark room. And that this may be the nature of LCD tech. But he is willing to exchange the unit for another one.
I'll need the following info:
name
address
phone
serial number of the monitor
If you want the replacement monitor faster we can do an advance replacement, but we will charge your credit card before shipping the replacement unit and when we get the defective unit back we'll credit your card.
I attached the hot swap form to this email.

I know some of you here have done this before. What would be my best option for the replacement process?
As well, what if the replacement is worse, dead and or stuck pixels? Can you just keep exchanging until you are happy?
Oh, and they never attached the hot swap form with their e-mail so I'mstill waiting for that.
Thanks.

I'd post pictures of mine but as a new member I guess I have to wait? Mine is actally like that Sony in this forum.........
