It looks like Benq has new 32 and 37, thats good for gaming(no real specs yet), except it has 8ms response time and can display 1920x1080 the highest HD resolution available today.
Benq

LOL @ Fuad at 8ns, you think someone who has been writing tech stuff for years wouldn't make mistakes like that.

Anyway, any word on pricing of these?

HAH yeah I know what you mean I have been pondering monitors for a while now. It seems so easy to make decisions on other hardware like GPUs, CPUs, etc... but Monitors I can never decide so it I continuously wait for somehting better to come out.

i hear ya, and lately ive been torn between an xbox360 and a ps3. And with all these issues with COMPUTER lcd's not being in 16:9 format but 16:10 and scaling issues and all this other crap, its making it even more difficult to find something (lcd-wise) that has all the inputs I want for all the things I want to hookup to it (pc, hdtv tuner, ps3/xbox360, etc)

All of this in something that is a reasonable size, price, and specs!

The best thing about the benq lineup (well the Westy too) is the fact that they are 16:9 1900x1080 NOT 1900x1200 and there would be no scaling issues, etc.

Im assuming these are the 2 Benq models that that inquirer article is referring to

37" DV3750

umm.. wait, well benq has listed on their site a couple 32" models but none of them are listed as 1900x1080, but 1366x768

IMO, 32" 1080p would be the sweetspot...but apparently there isnt a 'market' for that size/dimension (or so ive read in a nother thread)
