Is delrin bendable with a heat gun? I'd suppose it is since its a very durable plastic and this, wouldn't burn easily?
 
Heat it in the oven at about 250 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes with the oven door cracked open a bit.
 
It cools pretty quickly. I'd say warm it up for 10 minutes, then clamp it for about a minute... Don't artificially cool it (water or a fan) because of the quick delta in temperatures.

It is getting cold(weather) but that doesnt matter right?
