I just got my new dell 2005fpw first time using a LCD, and set the vsync to off in my ati ctrl panel yet my fps in 3dmark01,03 or 05 never go past 60fps. My LCD's highest refresh rate is 60hz, but my FPS shouldn't be locked at 60FPS when vsync is off. Is this how LCD's are supposed to be?
