Benchmarks, am i missing something?

holy crap nevermind, i see what hardocp did, they put nvidia at highest settings to fit same AVG FPS as ati was getting... all makes sense now sorry =x
 
Yeah, that's what [H] has done the last few reviews - kinda taking it from a different angle.

The idea is that any 'modern' graphics card is CAPABLE of running anything (which is true - game devs wouldn't be stupid enough to shoot themselves in the foot by excluding a chunk of the market)...even the lowely GeForce FX 5200 can run Half-Life 2, for example.

The QUESTION, then, is 'what settings do I have to use to get playable FPS with this card'? And that's what [H] attempts to answer with their reviews.

Makes sense, I guess. But when they are reviewing cards with an FX55 that doesn't resemble the majority of gamers, maybe 2-5% of the people here.
