benchmarking with BF2

anyone have a link they can shoot me that has a zip file i can download and run to bench this game? i found a link on guru3d that had some crazy "first you record a session of yourself running around on a 16 player LAN match with bots, then rename X file to xpy.zzz, rerun the demo locking camera along Z axis using a command line interface to reloop the sound through your toaster while standing on one foot and singing koombyah, squeeze mayonaise on your cat and reinstall linux on your bootloading grub partition, and don't forget to lock the pixel aspect ratio to 12:123 or else it's totally pointless".

then you end up with some text file that youy have to ignore the first 80 pages worth, because it records the framerates from the instant you click on the icon, instead of just during the actual benching.

yeah...

so... does anyoine just have a package i could just unzip somewhere, and end up with soemthing i can run to check my current cards performance vs. the 7800 in the mail?

He means demo as in a demo of yourself playing the game, not like the demo version of BF2. I have a demo I can send you, i'm not at home right now, i'll send a PM when I get home if someone else doesn't get you one first.
