New pc. Running XP. Every driver updated. Using Catalysts 4.8 See my queries in Video card forum too, maybe mods will move this topic.

What is this Benchmark 3D program? I've never heard of it.

Anyways, it sounds like it's a synthetic benchmark, so just ignore it. Run a few games, post some average framerates, and we can tell you if your system is running as fast as it should.
