We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.

Benching settings?

What control panel settings should be set? It's usually at High Quality, should it be bumped down to High Performance for benching 3D03/05?
