Belkin UPS too warm?

I have a question are UPS's in general really gets warm? I have these Belkin UPS and for some reason its warm is that normal?i've only had this for about a week so i dont know what do you think guys?
 
warm is normal.
Anything with a bunch of flowing juice is going to get a bit warm.

HOT however is a bad sign. You should be able to rest your hand on it without it burning you, if it's too hot to touch for more than a few seconds it's probably too hot and you should consider getting a replacment or at least calling support.
