Open it up and have a look? Going to have to do that anyway when the batteries arrive. Probably has two or four batteries in it.
 
Its probably 2 batteries. Can't you open the case and look? I do not have that model but quite a few UPSs at work and home. Most of these are easy to open to at least see the batteries..

Edit:
Does it weigh 50lb or more? If so it could have 4 batteries.

Newegg says its 28.35 lbs so no way its 4 batteries.

Also I would get the 12V 9AH batteries instead of the 12V 7AH batteries for longer runtime. They do not have to say they are for your UPS. The dimensions and voltage are important.

never opened it before, had this thing 5+ years. :D looks like 2 stack on top of each other.
