Beginner needs help with OCing QX9650

Hello,

I just built a new PC with QX9650. This is my very first time OCing, and now trying to overclock my QX9650.

My current setup is:
QX9650 running at 3.6GHZ 11x333 1.30v stable
Asus P5E3 Deluxe Wifi, BIOS 0601
2x 2GB Cosair DDR3 1600 7-7-7-20 2T 1.9v

DRAM Static Read Control [Disabled]
DRAM Dynamic Write Control [Disabled]

CPU Spread spectrum [Disabled]
PCIe Spread Spectrum [Disabled]

C1e [Disabled]

Rest of BIOS settings are Auto

I am trying to achieve 10X400, but prime test fails quickly. I could not even get 9x400 to work.

Could you please help me with this?

What kind of processor cooling do you have installed?
