erm, I don't know? all of the BIOS are set to default, except the turbo mutli that I have changed (to x45). is this why I'm getting high temps? I hope so... but I dunno... my idle temp is usually 31c. and load temps (without OC) were 50 something.
if I am you I would go into bios. Reset to default. Get a flash drive and make it booteable with memtest 86 on it. Disable the power saving. enable usb boot.
Then set your ram timings and speed to your rams rated speed and timings. Reboot and see if it boots into windows. If not raise the VccSa voltage by 0.25v. If you ain't able to boot when you reach 1.2v then lower the frequency a bit. Once your able to boot boot with the stick and run mem test for a hour or 20 passes. When its pass move onto the cpu.
