Runners ups parts that I should reconsider maybe ??

ASROCK Z270 Extreme 4 I would save 30$ but is it worth it ?

Intel Core i5-7500 I would save 25$ but is it worth it ?

G.SKILL Ripjaws V 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4 2400, Should I be buying faster ram like the DDR4 3000 (PC4 24000) or maybe even the DDR4 3200 (PC4 25600) ? The price is only about 25-30$ more but is it worth it ?

You can go with a H chipset motherboard since you're not overclocking. You're also missing a lot of parts lol are you just upgrading the build in your sig?

In addition to what bennieboy2290 stated about the motherboard and chipset, that build is missing a case and PSU for even basic operation, and perhaps a discrete PCI-e GPU card if you're going to be gaming.
