I am not sure if this is nation wide or not, but all along the panhandle and southeast, 18 packs of bud/miller products are on sale for 4.99 each after 2 coupons, which are located on the box. I picked up 8 cases for ~40 ish, pretty damn hot deal for you beer drinkers out there. Just sharing the news :)

i'm at college the closest place near us is a small beer store named mac's and they gouge you on prices. I paid 35 dollars for a case of corona :(. I doubt any deal like this will ever see the light of day around here.

They scan the coupons at the register. It is instant. I walked out of Publix with three 18 packs of Bud Light for $3.99 each today. Whatever promotion they are doing, I like it...

It is a covert plan by the govt to control the population during high gas prices and stress of new orleans.

Holy $h*t, that is a hella good deal. Moving into my house tommorrow (no more dorms for me) and this would be great for a good little house warming party. :D

thanks for the heads up i need something for the long weekend, and i was going to just get some cheap-ass vodka, but this is cheaper and i would rather drink it.

You could always utilize the freezer better:

1. Take frozen juice can.
2. Pop the top.
3. Insert spoon.
4. Eat.
5. Put mouth right under the sink faucet.
6. Swish around to mix.
7. Ingest.
8. Repeat until juice can is empty.

See? Not so hard and you replenish all those precious vitamins and such from a hard night of drinking! ;)

Ok I checked the bud light and miller light up here and didn't see any coupons. They are on the outside of the box right? Man I wanted this deal...

yea theres 1 on each longside end of the case, a 1.00 and 5.00.

Cases on the East Coast right now at Lowe's is $10.99 through the weekend if you didn't see the ad. It's not much but that is like $5 bux off normal, I know I stocked up. Damn I love Labor Day.

Hmm, hope improvement and beers. Sounds like a good combo to me :) (I'm guessing the Lowe's you're talking about is not the Home Depot rival). This is the best deal I've ever seen posted on these forums! Cheaper than Nati, Beast, PBR, etc, etc, and marginally better...

You are "suppose" to receive a "better" education at these type of schools and come out of it as a better person. That is why i went to my college and hopefully i will benefit from it. But you do find ways around it :D I learned the hard way not to drink in the dorm :( but now i am 21 and have my own house so all is good now. Don't diss those type of schools, i do not regret my choice, even though i got punished for my one mistake. (learned to go else where :D ) But still.....
 
I thought they added water to light beer and that's why it has less calories, a different taste, and less alcohol. So $4.99 for an 18 pack is really a mild deal for myself. Nonetheless if I was given money for a beer run, my crowd would certainly be receiving bud and miller lite.

Perish the thought, but, maybe it's time to invest that $35 into, say.. water, or milk, or something that you can drink that is actually good for you, your body, and you cognitive processes.

We are a country of morons. Beer soaked brains do not learn. You are at college to learn.

A friend of mine has *7* bottles of various "hard liquours" in his house (tequila, jack daniels..etc) but complains about being broke.

What did he spend on that stuff.. $200 maybe?

How much milk can you buy for $200
or you know.. steak?

I'd much rather have say, 30 lbs of steak (or 80lbs of hamburger, for that matter) than 7 liters of jack daniels.


On the same note.. I'd rather drink jack daniels than beer.
Beer is for pansy ass losers who have no taste, or class. All beer tastes like crap.
