Beeping Problem

There is a beep sound coming from my speakers when I scroll down "too fast" or press "too many" keys. I observed scrolling on internet explorer (proper browser don't have this problem) pressing too many keys problem is observed as you can guess on every FPS game I play which involves pressing lots of keys.
Using Windows 7 Home Premium x64.
Here is a report from Speccy.
I think it's related to keyboard buffer but don't know why it's happening with mouse too.
