Beautiful SFF

Hate it. Looks like an appliance that belongs in the kitchen. Apple got it right with much more professional and higher quality looks.

The orange is also disgusting.

All that chrome belongs on a POS Lincoln or Cadillac, not on a computer.

Yep. It was designed after the 1950s TV Philco TV set. Obviously not meant for everyone, but it is still a fantastic design.

hate all these new tech 'designs' from trigger-happy designers who don't know the first thing about computers. rounded screen = hopelessly impractical. plus the orange is hideous, reminds me of my great-grandmother's fiesta ware.

Don't knock the original Fiestaware in orange-... it was the only plate that you could buy that was radioactive because of the uranium oxide in the glaze.

I'd buy one for the kitchen, although it would be nice if it came in different colors...and yes, I'm old enough to appreciate the concept...;).

P.S. Stehle, I miss melmac dishes. I'm down to three platters from a whole set. Tough stuff.

"I felt so strongly that, with few exceptions, most computers are engineered eyesores," explains Schultze. "[This] design was a total labor of love."
Gahahaha. So, if brushed aluminum is an eyesore, then what -exactly- would this be? Eye-AIDS?

Yuck.

Dam that looks sweet, love the keyboard. Haha like a typewriter. Im only 18 and I like it.

conversation piece: yes
