This coming Thursday is the second quarter results announcement and conference call. The rumor of a delay to October may be debunked, confirmed or left fuzzy. If none of the poll options is suitable, post what you think below.
 
Re-spins don't just happen overnight. They take months. Rumors of a re-spin were buzzing around in early June. I want to be optimistic and say that desktop Bulldozer will launch alongside the original launch date of the server parts in Q3 (ends in September), but I'm going to say it will be pushed to October due to lack of Fab capacity (high demand for Llano and Opteron bulldozer launch) and the re-spin. B2 in October, C0 by March of next year.
 
It'd be pretty bad if it gets pushed all the way to October, but it does seem possible.
 
if we're going to be making a 'thing' about launch dates, might as well make it like a day at the races and place bets...
 
I put never. I think it is just a practical joke at this point. This thing better run circles around socket 1155 for it to be a good buy.
 
At this rate I wouldn't put it past them to just cancel it and push out another dumbass APU. I'm done with these clowns.

lol we definitely know BD will win that contest.. it took 10+ years to get the garbage we got, it will take another 30 years to get a duke nukem game that doesn't suck.

I'm picking late august early September, just because that's what I really want to happen
 
October. The fact that they're being so quiet screams a launch delay. It could be even later, but I'm not thinking it's that bad: it takes some TALENT to get launch delays the likes of Barcelona :D

I just hope they don't have the same performance embarrassment after not even coming close to the hype.
