Got some new hardware for the pwn cube thursday. Spent the last few days messing with settings. Here are the initial results.
System:
Processor--- AMD Athlon 64 X2 4400+ @ 2640Mhz
Memory---- 2x1024 OCZ EL PC3200 Titanium Edition @ 203Mhz 2.3.5.7 timings
Mobo------- DFI LanParty SLI-DR
Vidcard----- Ati Radeon X850XT (vmodded) @ 630Mhz core/615Mhz mem
Hdd--------- 2x74GB Raptor in RAID-0, + 250GB WD Sata
Cooling----- 2x120mm BIX in push/pull, DD D4 pump, DD Maze4 GPU Block, Dtek White Water CPU Block
Aquamark 3 Scores in at 87,263.
Compare these numbers to my old Athlon XP2500 scores below, and you see just how superior the athlon64's really are! My xp2500 was clocked almost the same as my 4400, and look how drastic the differences are:
XP2500+ @ 2587Mhz 11.5x225 5.2.2.2 timings
CPU Arithmatic ------ ALU: 9,883 FPU: 4,088
CPU Multimedia ----- Int: 23,794 Float: 24,432
Memory Bandwidth -- ALU: 3247 FPU: 3044
Aquamark3 ---------- 42,532
Matter of fact, my memory was clocked higher on my old xp rig. haha.
