Well, after I upgraded my machine to Windows 10 Pro, everything came over fine. However, I started BF4 this morning and noticed an issue with the mouse in the game. When I actually play, it works perfectly. But when I am in the main menu to spawn my soldier, the mouse cursor has shifted. I cannot highlight anything, I have to move the mouse below the area that needs to be clicked in order forme to spawn. I have tried ALT-ENTER to move between windowed version (The cursor works in windowed mode) but back to full screen and the cursor issue happens again. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, I have reinstalled the video drivers, ect...No go.

I remember this issue with BF3 and alt-enter worked. But I can't figure out for the life of me this issue...any help?
