Battlefield 4 joystick issues

Trying to get my joystick to work in Battlefield 4 (Thrustmaster T1600M). The game knows there a joystick but the throttle no longer works and they buttons don't map to what they are suppose to be. Battlefield 3 runs perfect with it. Any one else have issues?
 
I had to clear ALL of the joystick flight controls and set each one up manually with my logitech 3d joystick, try that.
