Battlefield 4 - Flickering Artifacts

I've just recently bought a GTX 780 since the price cuts but have noticed a weird flickering artifact. - Mostly in battlefield (It also happens in Crysis Warhead, but i was able to replicate this on my friends GTX 580 SLI setup.)

I have taken a couple of recordings using shadowplay and uploaded to youtube.

The flickering persists at stock settings. I'm using 331.65 drivers.

Can anybody confirm if this is the norm/driver issue, or if I should be RMA'ing my card.

Thanks

I had the same issue with my 780 gtx in bf4; i thought it was the aa causng it.

Thanks for the feedback guys.
Im going to test on the GTX 580 aswell to see if its limited to Kepler.

Move the Resolution Scale to 125% if using 2GB cards or 150% if running 3GB or higher cards. If your cards can't handle it lower it to 100% or anything in between.
Disable the following:
Motion Blur
AA post
and regular AA

See if that fixes it. If not then it's a driver issue.

Tested on the 580, completely different system and the issue prevails.
So either the nvidia drivers or the game are bugged.

I'm having the same flickering issue on a 590 within COD Ghosts. The newest driver doesn't seem right.

I know this is an old post but I recently switched from AMD 290s and have noticed this same issue on my 970, 980 and now 980 Ti(latest driver). I'm running 4K so AA ect is disabled to ensure 90-100 FPS average and dips to the 70-80s. I also notice some insanely late rendering which makes no sense as my i5-3570k is running at 4.9GHZ and my ram is 16GB so the game shouldn't be conservative in that respect.

I plan to test at 1080p next but so far I'm wondering if this is a DX11 vs Mantle thing since a few people have confirmed the same issue on AMD products but mostly Nvidia.

I dont think its totally just an nvidia issue as i have seen a few messed up looking things here an there since they started coming out with win 10 drivers along the way. Now if your using older win 7 then i guess im way off...but i can say since i started using newer 15.7 drivers i have seen a lot of glitches in my drivers...weird tearing even with frame rate control and lots of areas that just don't look perfect as if the driver glitches on some of the textures....nothing game breaking but it's noticeable

Not exactly sure what late rendering looks like but i what i see looks like tearing if i had to guess....so it possible it's same thing......maybe just a game bug...i will say this lately it's much more noticeable for some reason

Are you by chance using a WDDM 2 driver? I wonder if that affects it?

Thanks for the quick reply. I'm running windows 8.1 which I do not update often(always seems to cause issues). For display driver I download directly from AMD/Nvidia and usually check once a week for new drivers. DirectX ect is installed by the game initially and I don't bother to update it so that's a possible solution as it worked with AMD but may need an update for Nvidia.

What I mean by late rendering is say a building isn't fully "assembled" until I get close. From far away it may be missing a roof, ect then as you get closer it "pops" into the picture. I just re-tried running at 1080p 120hz with little success besides being more blurry it did maintain 140+ FPS with first medium then ultra settings. The flickering continued. It's really noticeable on stuff like chain link fences, tree's ect as shown in the YouTube videos above.

If the updates fail I'll try messing with the 3D settings in Nvidia control panel and see if I can solve either of these issues.
