battery life on mx1000?

how long can i use a mx1000 continuously? My mx700 only lasts for about 8 hours or so, always seems to crap out right when im in the middle of an instance of WOW, getting kind of annoying.
 
I dont have this mouse but am expecting it to arrive soon. My cousin got his a few weeks ago and says it literally can go 3-4 days of constant use - he plays Star Wars Galaxies- without a recharge.
 
I was getting at least 25hrs, possibly 30+ of solid FPS (Planetside was my main game for the life of the mouse) action per full charge on mine, that's just gaming, I don't know how many hours of general PC use I got aswell. It was lasting me 1-2 weeks (usually closer to 1).

There's something wrong if you're only getting 8.
 
Depending on how much you use it, the MX1000 will go for roughly a week without a charge. Usage will increase / decrease that.
