I'm in the Botanical Gardens section of the game where you fight the two Titan Henchmen at the Titan Production Facility. I defeated them and used the Cryptographic Sequencer to open the gate to get to the other side. However, Batman DID NOT call to get the Line Launcher I need to get back to the other side. The 1st time I played this, I received the new tool, but for some reason, it didn't happen this time around. Now I am stuck in this room with no where to go?

Any help??
 
Walk over to the edge of the gap and see if the cutscene starts. Make sure you didn't accidentally skip over it with right d-pad.

probably just a bug...restart from an earlier save

Walked to the edge where the gap is, and the cutscene didn't start.

Anyway to get back to an earlier save, right before the fight with the Titan Henchman? When I say continue at the main menu, it puts me into the room which isn't what I want.

I didn't use the excplosive gel in that part...I just moved out of the way when those 2 Titans were charging which caused them to explode
